公司于2003年成立，注册资金2000万元，为股份制公司。公司主营业务以煤炭、铅锌、硫铁矿、锡矿、钼矿等待与矿产品相关的为主，是矿产品开采和贸易结合。煤炭主要来自越南和印尼；其它矿产品均来自本公司所属的印尼矿区。公司基于某种优势下同时经营农副产品加工和贸易及代理业务。2008年公司计划进入广西的北部湾开发。
